Tats Shepherd: Partner
Tats wasn’t looking for a career. She was a devoted wife and stay-at-home mom to two beautiful girls and graced the community with incredible culinary skills as a side-hustle caterer. In 2013 though, fate had other plans. Tats agreed to work part-time to help her friend, Heidi, open her second insurance agency. As it turned out, Tats’ compassion and sharp analytical skills made her a standout when caring for and protecting her clients. She brings that same care to SIG today.
Tats has a desire to do what is right for every individual with whom she works and care for people rather than peddle products. This makes her the risk advisor you’ll wish you’d always had!

Heidi Holle-Williams: Partner
Heidi entered the insurance industry at 23 years old. With a degree in music, she had no idea what she was doing! However, she realized quickly that as a consumer, she had been stereotyped. As a kid with no money, working as a waitress, no one had ever taken the time to explain insurance coverage, and she was covered pitifully. If disaster had struck, she would never have been protected. Growing from that experience, Heidi vowed to bring an educator style to the insurance industry and a philosophy to educate and empower clients to make the best decision for their family.
